Not to be harsh, but I wouldn't pay much above the cost of a Xenforo license, assuming that's included. There isn't that much content, and it's not what I would consider to be very active.

That is fine, none taken Pandaa, I have taken the project back under my control as my investor moved on so I plan to do much more for AV.
