The PR1 doesn't count for anything. Link buyers will only be interested in PR4 minimum (but preferably PR5+) so in that respect it doesn't hold much potential for revenue earnings.
Backlinks are also very low.
The only thing that makes the domain worth any more than the registration cost is the fact it's a fairly short, brandable .com with no hyphens.
Well lets look. It's short and easy to remember. It's .com so depending on when it expires at least 15$. Then as it's been used as a site it will have had some traffic and some SEO. So I'd say you could get if it expires in more than 6 months 30$.
I would say the domain itself could go for $20 at most, depending on where the domain was sold. For example, here at Forum Promotion, I wouldn't see you getting more than registration fee for the domain. I think you might be able to get more than registration fee for it elsewhere, though. 🙂
