Adsense Problem

I try to sign up for adsense, but when I fill the form out (after the email registration step on page 2), I click continue and it does nothing but refresh the page. I searched google and found others have had this problem too, anyone know?

after signup need to wait 1 day ,then go back to adsense to check you be approve or not.
