adsense works for me, but you shouldnt encourage people to click.

How long have the ads been up?
1. you will get banned for people clicking it.
2. theres no point sticking ads on a new site you want a good amount of hits before you put ads on your site otherwise you wont make much, the price on the hit depends on the payer, niche etc.. sometimes you might not get nothing.

Adsense is clever, if it detects a fraud click (e.g. clicking your own ads) it won't give you any money,
In regards to price it can change from $0.01 per click up to $7 or even more (highest I got was $6.40 for a single click), some have even claimed to get $10 - $15 per click but it depends on the keyword behind the ad.
Although you don't even need clicks to make money, I've made $.20 so far today on one ad that received only 200 hits (no clicks). But that doesn't always work mind as yesterday on of my channels got over 5,000 and made nothing!
