First Impressions & Appearance
At first site, the design looks pretty darn good. It's simple and easy to look at. But more in-depth, for about 5 minutes I sat and waited for a logo to appear, but it never did. Having a logo tells visitors that your site is the real deal, it also looks a lot better than having no logo. On the other hand, I like the general appearance, color scheme, and layout. Just get working on a logo. I like the fact that your forums are categorized. It helps with keeping your forums organized. With a closer look at your forum's boards the forum minimization feature is unavailable, that needs to be fixed. On a third hand, your forum looks great. Good job.

Site Layout
Your forum has
33 boards. This should be reduced for the amount of activity your forum has. I see a couple boards that could be meshed together soundly and it would make your forum look a 'bit more active. Besides the boards the layout of your forum is nice. It's easy to find where I'm going, and the links are placed soundly. One big error I found was that guests can access your staff only board. I even see that you are having a conversation with a guest inside of your 'private' staff board. Otherwise Good job.

Statistics and Activity
If your board started on 3rd March 2011, this means you've been open for a month and about twenty three days. In that time your members have made a total of 1,495 posts in 254 threads, with a total of 104 members. This isn't horrible, but it's not good. You should have a bit more posts and topics than you do have. A lot of your boards have 0 posts which isn't good. You should fix that, you as an admin should be making a minimum of 5 new topics a day to keep fresh content rolling in!

Staff Moderation
On your staff page it shows you have FOUR administrators and one moderator. On a board your size you do not need four administrators. At most you should have 1 administrator and 2 moderators, and that should be the very maximum. Your staff amount is not very good right now and should be reduced, Although this is just a suggestion it would highly improve your board. On the other hand, your staff seem to be doing their job. So that's a plus.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your spelling is suprisingly bad. No offence, but whoever made the boards did a really bad job on doing a spellcheck or grammar check.

I don't have enough time in my day to correct all the mistakes, so I'd suggest hiring someone to help you out with this.
Your professionalism is alright, I've seen better, but yours can most definately be improved. Good luck.
