First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The bright colors are nice, however, for people with sensitive eyes, that could really hurt them. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad the site gives off a warm, friendly feel. The homepage is very nicely done. The images and colors used for the center into is really nice.
I'm liking how clean your navigation bar is. Just the simple buttons (Forum, services, etc). When visiting the forum, the banner gives off that "ump" that basically says "this is what we're about".
Something I read on your board's description for
Complaints made me think. It includes "Got something or someone you're unhappy with? Post it all here." If a user is unhappy with another, it's probably best to say it privately with a staff member rather than posting it.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I like the 3 sections on the homepage saying info about the site. Definitely something I'd be wanting to see if I was considering joining a forum. Under "spotlight", there are none. I would add a site there so it doesn't look empty, even if it's just a site like Youtube.
The general layout of the homepage is very impressive, and can't really find any other flaws with it. Once I get to the forum, I immediately notice the little affiliates that scroll with me. I would disable this from showing up. I can understand you want your affiliate sites to show, but if I was a potential member, I'm not coming to your forum to see other affiliates, I'm coming to see
your forum.
Seeing as it's a promotion forum, I'm not really surprised to see all these promotion areas plastered on the forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has 312 members, with 27,750 posts. This would mean that just about all of your members have been extremely active, and just by looking at the top posters list, I see I'm right. I noticed that you have over 6,000 posts more than all of the members, even your co-admin who has 1k.
This is a major no-no, as it can come across that your desperate for posts, so you're just posting like crazy on the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
With yourself included, there are 17 staff members. Honestly, my personal preference hates that number of staff members, but I do understand why. For a promotion forum of that size, it's understandable.
Seeing as it'd take a while to through each of the 17 staff's profiles, I'm just going with the user's online list. From what I can count, 16 of those staff members are active. Where's the 17th? If you have inactive staff, that can really look bad on a forum, even if it's only one person.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

I'd change "From" to "For" So it'd be, For the latest updates, events, rules, etc.
The marquee forum introductions text needs to be spaced between
New Here? and
Please. There also should be a space between
us and the smiley face.
