The site has put WebHostingFox through hell because of the issues that happened over the week(s), therefore the site has been using them for their services and isn't grateful enough to say thank you for at least giving them a site backup. Joel please dint take this the wrong way. That's how I interpeted everything.

There was no problem with me bringing the site to my servers, the server migration went well with no problems at all. 🙂 I have no problem helping out Joel. I don't see why everyone is giving him a hard time. If a web hosting company refuses to do everything a client asks (thats not in their tos to not do) then the support team should do it. If a client needs help, thats what comes first before you. If you are busy with something, I would put that aside and help my customer no matter how dumb or nonsense the question is. If a member doesnt even know how to login to cpanel, I would help them all the way to get everything set up, not laugh and say give up. I don't know whats wrong with everyone here but if he wanted the staff to totally backup his site, restore it or whatever he wanted them to do, then thats what the hosting company should do, not come to FP and complain about him using their support. Thats what support is for and customers should have a right to use their support whenever they want and customer support should not be like "oh god...here he comes again" but better yet..be in a great mood to help someone learn in today's society.

So please people, grow up and stop complaining and leave Joel alone when it comes to his site and him asking TheHostingFox to do things for him. Joel asked me to do a lot of things for him too, but I was HAPPY to help him out and I done everything he asked me too. This topic is turning to non-sense and people need to realize that. Some people are good at posting and thats what Joel does. He doesnt need to know anything else if he chooses not to! He runs AH just fine and if he needs any help that I have knowledge of, then I'll help him.

To WebHostingFox: If you think he abused your hosting, then why do you offer support? If you dont "feel like" helping your customers with every question they have, then that's tough...either get over it or shut down. Thats the way it is and will always be. People will always need help on something and I deal with people that are clueless about even what "INTERNET" is...I've dealt with people that have used a computer for the first time.

So don't act so negative..Please for the sake of everyone.

Joel's site is fully migrated to my server and has been for past few days. He has just needed to update his NS servers, which he has done yesterday and I tested them when he asked me how to know when it's done propagating. I told him and I tested for myself and the site is fully on my server and working right. He can freely open his site when he feels necessary.

This is my $0.02.
