Are you still missing files Joel? (Please note the backup is from a few days ago, that you will miss a few posts that were done after the backup time.) If you still have almost all your posts, just missing some, then you are able to re-open.

Chris, we opened on 14th. And the problem came on the 15th...so yes, i suppose we aren't suppose to get all posts back???...

I do not think that we have a later backup(we might), but I can ask the tech when they get online. But the backup we had put in was from the 12th or so. So if you had 400+ posts over a one night period, then the backup would have not saved those posts. I'm terribly sorry that this happened but there is nothing I could have done to prevent it from happening. (Hardware issue)

I submitted a message to our techs and asked them to backup your account (what it is right now) and then replace the account with any latest backup they have. Maybe you will have at least some of those posts back. I will let you know when I get replies.

I am in the process of uploading a backup my providers gave me to see if it has at least some of the posts back.
