It depends on the price as well.
For 50 USD a month, I don't mind taking down the Google ads from header completely to accommodate the new ad, as I make 35-40 USD from that header ad alone.
Or if it's for 20 USD, I will add the new ad after the Google ad.

$20 is a solid deal for me. Would you be willing to run a Leaderboard ad (728x90) under it? I can work on a custom size if you prefer.
 
I may be interested. Do you have any further forum stats you can share, such as analytics? Based on what I can see on your forum it looks like you have a small group of heavily active users. For me, the big wildcard of whether this will be worth it or not is how much unique guest traffic your site is getting. I'm curious if you're getting good outside traffic or if you just have the same few members generating a lot of content.

I got that report for the last 3 months.
84.6k page views for 3 months and due to some recent downtime, we lost some content and page views got affected too(thanks to server change of our host). Let me know if you need more information.
 
@Claraviolet thanks, that is interesting. Do you have Google Analytics data instead of Adwords data? I'm mainly trying to figure out if you are getting a good amount of outside traffic to your site vs all of your traffic being generated by a set of small but regularly active users.

To be honest, I haven't added this new domain to Google analytics yet and that's adsense data.
Will try to add it now. Most of the time, content is generated by loyal users only
