i went on to your site to join and decided not to for a few reasons. your theme is all over the place. the forum it self is tiny so all the text is bunched up.

Your header is a lot larger than the forum itself. I would suggest increasing the size of your forum body to match your header. This will also help to take away the emphasis on the background image.

You only have 3 posts on your forum and you last posted on the 18th Feb. thats almost a week since you last posted.

As a forum admin you should post a minimum of 10 times per day. If the admin is not going to post on his own forum then why should members join.

I am sorry if this seems harsh but i hate seeing site's like this.
