It's FireFox 3.0.1 with Adblock Plus
The problem is the frame "http://advertise4free.myfreeforum.org/" is registering as an advertisement in the automatic filtering process.
Even going directly to http://advertise4free.myfreeforum.org/ causes problems because of the same thing.

It won't show up unless you disable AdBlock when you're using automatic filter rules. As you can see from the image above when I go directly to http://advertise4free.myfreeforum.org/ that's what it looks like.
