Im interrested one probablem were it says %93 Percent uptime what might cause a downtime?

(im allways at my forum in my spae time so i need it up as most as it can be up on the internet)

My new host doesent have the newest mysql verstion there for with the newer mybb most the sql servers crash hen you run the mod so thats why im moving to a more decent host
