It is very possible he has more than 10k friends. I used to be into advertising through myspace and had tens of thousands of friends.
I know people who are connected to hundreds of thousands of friends.

Of course, having this many is usually uncommon. However, there is a possibility of all those guests being legit.

OK, I paid someone for a Bebo advert where he has like 1000's of friends and then they click it, some might have a look, some might click off.

There guys, he told you where the visitors came from one page 1. Read before typing please.

It doesn't matter where the guests come from anyway, or even if they join. By buying an advert it will be seen by those people. It's actually a risk to him because they may click your ad and join it instead of his site 😉
