Nice skin although matching buttons and logo would look nice but 20 posts to advertise a forums i a bit high to start off with as you only have one member. I would recommend lowing as it will stop people from signing up as getting 20 posts is hard when there is one other member.
Skin is nice, but you should get a graphics designer to get a logo or at least remove the original InvisionFree one. Also, get a nice Imageset as the original one doesn't go very well with the skin. You should mix the chat house and the lounge because it doesn't make sense to make too different General categories when you could have it shortened for more forums for 1 forum!
Normally I do not notice this in forums but always tell it to people. In this forum though I have noticed it, it is that you aren't using very good grammar. Capitalize your sentences and possibly get a spell check for your browser, I think that would help alot.
