    First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I was very neutral about the look of your forum. It was just sort of “meh” to me. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. It looks like someone took Prosilver, switched around some icons and a few colors, and put it on the skin. Some of the colors don’t go well together, for example, the striped white stripes on the side get annoying. I would take solid black over that. The banner, while easy to read, again, was just sorta boring as it looked like any other generic logo out there. That being said, everything on the forum was straightforward and easy to understand, so that’s good. I would consider a new default skin though for the future.

    Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your forums are layed out well, and go along with the forum categories. The online/offline service icons are nice and glossy looking, which I like on the layout. But once again, what sticks out as unique? Most of the services are just getting your forum put on some random spot on the forum, which really doesn’t look that great because none of the forums stick out that well. The one main one that is particularly useless is the service that puts your forum link under the index, it’s very unnoticeable. I think it could be adjusted a little like making it another color or a bit bigger, etc. Also, the PM Ads service sounds horribly annoying, I would not want to get tons of PMs from that. Thankfully, you do have a good variety of services which is nice.

    Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum is simply too young to judge fairly on this category. 1500 posts in less then a month is good and you have a healthy amount of members. Plus you’re promoting your forum on places like ForumPromotion so you should gain activity from there.

    Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I am seriously questioning why you need 3 admins and a global mod. Promotion forums do need plenty of staff, but that’s like package team and review team people you need, not admins and mods. I would stop hiring/promoting those positions and go for the service related staff.

    Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I am VERY impressed with the spelling. Scrolling down I didn’t find any errors, and I rarely ever see that, so that was a great job. Even your grammar was spot-on. Now that is even rarer.

I have some issues with professionalism though. As mentioned earlier, your site has the same services and stuff as other sites. What is there to make users say, “I want to promote my site HERE instead of other more established sites.”? Unfortunately, not much. If you all could come up with a completely different and new service, that would be great. Also, your review service leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the categories are just one or two short and general sentences. Try to get an actual dedicated review staff that could write higher quality and longer reviews. I also, as mentioned earlier, think the PM service would just annoy people more than want them to join the site.
