I need idea's. How should I run Adverts Hub? Should I keep it as a promotion forum or build a site that lets people know how to advertise, where to advertise etc? Any other idea's?

i like it as a promotion forum, but the advertising help sounds good to!

Use the front page to write articles. For example Joomla! or WordPress lets you publish articles so use this to teach / help people on how to advertise.

Then you still have room for the promotion forum 🙂 So you can have both on 1 site.

Hmm. Might have it as a community portal type site but with advertisement help, ideas etc. Plus a small forum.

Eh, dunno. I do have a advanced content system set up which allows fields. Could be used as a promotion type thing? Eh?
