Advice for my FORUM?

Can you afford paying for a hosting and a domain? If so I recommend you get hosting with Hawk Host. I am currently using Hawk Host and they provide quality service for cheap prices. You can use the code may2013 to get 30% of your payment ($39.48 for one whole year). For domain I recommend Name Cheap.

If you cant afford paying for hosting and a domain I recommend that you use ProphpBB.

If I were you I wouldn't use any free hosting provider.
You'll get a much better service from a premium quality host.
But, if you can't afford that, then try some of the hosts on FP.
Freetohost.org is one that's owned by a regular member here.

Agreed, also find a theme or Style that is pretty to look at. There are so many forums out there, people could just walk off on just look alone. Then try to fit in things into the same category. The Single Category things make it look to messy. Good Luck
