I have a budget of about £50 a month and i need 3 dedicated IP's

why do you say this? that is just the dumbest thing I have ever read. You do realize EVERYTHING on the internet is on a server some how or way...

ok anyways, it depends if your just looking at hosting a few websites, go with a host, I recommend Host Monster. I use them, they are great with everything even customer support. Plus, just look at all of the extras.

Anyways, if your looking to actually run the server for something, like gaming and such, I dont know who to go for for that... just let me know and I will take a look around for you.

wow, first off settle down. Secondly, you never mentioned that and that still does not mean "they are overrated".
