Advise regarding a forum

Hello,

I'm in need of some advise, I'm a member of staff on a forum however the other staff on the forum don't seem to be running and supporting the forum very well. Some staff are very inactive and others that do visit don't seem to be doing enough work towards the forum.

I've not been staff there long and I don't want to quite so soon after being promoted but it just seems like my time there is being wasted because of the forum is basically sitting there not doing much. Also it seems that the administrators don't seem to know how to properly run the forum either.

Any advise regarding this?

Confront the admins about it

Message the admins. This happened to me, I was a GM, all staff became inactive and I had to run the forum on my own for about a month, then he put the site up for sale without telling me.

If they don't reply, just leave.

You can only do so much, like Flux said, contact the admins, see what they have to say, in any case there should be a staff room where things like this can be sorted out.

If you think you are being taken for a mug .... leave
