If you read the first post carefully, you will see that actually User Pack #3 is still not available for request. Since there are so many areas I don't know, I can perhaps try User Pack #1 to see how it goes if I post around there, and if I can make it further you can erquest for bigger services in the future. What do you say?

Yes, you do have to wait for a week to request for a new one... I think my shop will stay closed until next week though due to exams. We'll see.
