Notes?: Basically, I want the Logo at the to shrunk down into an Affiliate button. Keep the same background, color of the lettering and font. I just need it shrunk down and the "Webmaster & Administration Community" part taken out.

Yeah but you just copied from the page am I right? That means the background will be that of the theme, if you save the logo you get the transparent background.

You can copy logo and background separate and use them while designing. Probably what's what OP wanted.

I copied the logo but made up my own background and border 😉
