The network basically be a giant database of websites that would like to display advertisements on their website, and have their ads on others as well.
Websites will be categorized based on their unique traffic, overall traffic, and genre. They will be be displaying ads from sites in the same category, and be on sites in the same category as well.
Websites will be evaluated weekly and can either move up and down in categories. They will see a list of websites that they are currently being advertised on and also a list of sites that have ads on their website as well. The process will be automatic and all a site owner will have to do is register, enter certain information, and install a plugin of sorts.
This service is aimed towards webmasters that need traffic and publicity, but do not have the money to do so.
Further down the road perhaps users with cash can pay for other services. Other services may include having their ad on other sites (and those site owners receiving money), and no ads on their own website. However, they will be limited to sites that have owners that are willing to not have their ad displayed and instead receive a cash incentive.
Most likely site owners will be paid for each click another site's ad receives. However, maybe later there will be options for ad views, and site hits if a user is willing to pay per view instead of click.
Though that is down the road and the focus is on a free affiliating network. In order for the network (my site) to monetize on this perhaps there will be a listing of sites using the network. Sites may be able to pay for a featured spot if they meet certain criteria. The criteria will strictly ensure that the sites are worth checking out so other users do not disregard featured advertisements.
This idea may also link in completely with my other network idea. The other idea is to connect all forums and websites with a central user base, bringing higher traffic and a one-time-only registering process for users.
