Affiliate Table in vb?

Does anyone know how to make an affiliate table in vb, one that will blend in with the forum itself?

How can one make an affiliate table that matches the skin being used on a particular forum?

Of course I want to have a skin matching affiliate table at the bottom of my forum so that I can affiliate with other sites.

There is a mod in VB that allows you to have a affiliate section, see my forum for a example.
