First Impressions & Appearance
Personally, I think the Electricity theme is the best, but I’m suppose to rate your default theme, Affinity Crimson. I feel like there’s way too much white on the page and not enough red. The forum images are lame too. I don’t like that you’re on ZetaBoards and I personally don’t like to join forums on free hosts like that and I know that there’s others like that, but I know you may not be able to get a real host. My first forum was on a free forum host, but I didn’t really like it very much. I don’t like the shoutbox and I feel like it takes posts away from the forum. Why can’t all of that chat go in your Lazy Lounge? It’ll add more posts to the forum that way. Maybe have a general discussion thread or something where people can talk about whatever they feel like. You also need to get a banner custom made.

Site Layout
I like how everything is placed on your forum except for the intro room. I really don’t like it when the intro forum isn’t near the top as it’s harder for newer members to find. Also, everything else in the Community section is mainly just general posts or games, so the Intro forum doesn’t really fit there. I’d suggest moving it to the “Official” section.

Statistics and Activity
You have 6974 posts made in 531 topics by 66 members. You are averaging 0.81 new members, 86.1 posts, and 8.05 threads per day. You’re getting plenty of posts, and a few topics, but not the new members. The members that you currently have are great and are doing a great job of staying active. All but 2 of your forums have had posts either today or yesterday. The 2 that need posts are ‘The Ivory Tower’ and ‘Polling Station’. Try making a few more polls for people to vote on and then discuss, and I’m not sure what to make in ‘The Ivory Tower’. It’s not very often you see forums like that. Just do something to get those 2 forums some more activity. So, you mainly need to pull in more members. Maybe try a referral contest or something to get your current members inviting their friends to join.

Staff Moderation
I don’t think 4 staff are really needed, but 3 of you are pretty active. You have 1 staff member for every 16.5 members. Both admins are averaging over 20 posts per day, while one of your other staff is averaging 7 posts and the other is only averaging 2.9. I feel that staff should be getting at least 5 posts per day depending on the position, and if they’re moderator, or something like that, then they really should be getting at least that amount. You have do have quite a bit of posts, but the 2.9 one doesn’t even have 200 yet. You guys need to be the ones to add new threads to the forum. I’d consider getting rid of one of your staff, or maybe even 2 or 3 depending on if more than one of you are owners or not. You guys are doing a great job of making sure none of the members get out of hand though.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your spelling/grammar is perfect and I can’t find any mistakes. I even tried putting your website into a word document and spell checking just incase there was something I couldn’t find.
