If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?

Are you afraid to make mistakes?

I hate when I make mistakes at work, I know we all make them but man I feel awful afterwards. Then my supervisors come over and talk to me in person and points out my mistake, I get it's just to deter me from making it again but it's still not a fun time.

I try hard not to make mistakes but I make sure I learn from them when I do.

makes mistakes to learn from them, I like doing that, yet mistakes doesn't appear if you force it 😛

It's our pride that gets in the way. Making a mistake means we either were wrong, or we didn't have the ability/skill/talent/education to do it right.

Most don't forgive mistakes and it tends to still make you look bad that people don't want to endure.

I try my best. I make mistakes every day. I just try to avoid making really bad decisions that could ruin my life.

It's called being Human. We all will make mistakes. I'm not afraid to make them. Yes, it doesn't feel the best, but since I've gotten older, I've learned to let go of several things & learn from them. Even put a light-hearted take on it if possible!

I am not afraid to make a mistake. If it happens, then I'll hopefully learn something from it. Turn that negative into a positive.
