I got a negative rep a few days ago. I couldn't care less. The rep didn't have a reason and the post they -rep'ed me for i don't see anything wrong about and it in no way related to this user anyway. I don't agree with it and if i could be bothered i could have PM'ed him and asked for a reason but it is a number that is now worthless due to abuse of users. Alot of people take - rep way to serious.
Well, nobody is perfect, even the staff. The best staff are the ones who can take the negatives and learn from it, instead of getting worked up over it. I think if they deserve the -rep, than it shouldn't be any different than -repping someone else. :/

Why in the hell are you still there posting on this board when you are fully aware that they let power abusers get away with abusing their powers on you?
Wouldn't the fact that you being afraid of getting powers abused on you be a really good reason to click the X and never go back? lol
Of course this is under the assumption the fear is warranted and not because you are paranoid. XD
