Appearance
The appearance of your site is very good. The colors are very easy on the eyes and flow well together. Your banner is very simple, but it goes well with your site design. The banner is a little fuzzy and that could make it difficult to read for some people. Your menu is clear and concise and will get you to where you need to go quickly. The service slider on the main page is a nice touch. I would like to see a smoother transition between the different sections though. The plan boxes on the index page are nice and clean as well. However, as with the banner, the text is fuzzy. I would also recommend adding a space between "Professional" and "Plan" as well as "Domain" and "Pricing". Another suggestion would be to bold either the features (disk space, bandwidth, etc.) or the specifications (5 gb, 50 gb, etc.) of each plan to draw the eye quicker to what really matters, what you offer. "p/m" is sort of confusing for me, and I never understood that abbreviation. The more common abbreviation of "/month" looks better in my environments. The footer is very organized and clear. On your plans page I would highly recommend making the "Features" column bold to emphasize what you offer.
Layout
The layout of your site is really good. Everything is where it needs to be to be easily accessible. I am able to reach the products, order page, contact information and what your company is about easily. One thing that I would suggest is adding a link to the knowledgebase, client area, and the cart in the header. Above the menu bar would be a good placement for those links as they are viewable when you first view the page. Instead of having your three hosting plans on the main page, you could add the VPS and Dedicated Server plans where the "Expert" and "Professional" plans are for more exposure. If you did make that change, you could change "Newbie Plan" to "Web Hosting". Other then that, I like your current layout.
First Impressions and Interest
My first impression is that your site is very clean and to the point, which is hard to find these days. The banner is fuzzy, which could mean that it was rushed or not exported properly. The plan boxes are informative and fit the site nicely. My overall interest is low as I do not need hosting at the moment, but your prices are very competitive and would temp me to try your services.
Content
As with any website, there is not much content to review. The content that you do have is informative and gives the information that a visitor needs to know in order to make a decision to use you for their hosting needs or not.
