Are any of you using AI for posture, form, yoga, or any other form of exercise?
What kinds of examples would you give to ask AI about it?
AI can break down a week of exercises by type of workout, weight (or whatever), number of sets, etc for goals.
For visuals, there are some apps that work on your form, making sure you are not at risk of throwing your back out, and making sure you are doing the exercises properly
I don't "trust" AI for anything, but generally speaking, I suppose I would probably trust it if I gave it really good instructions for what would hurt, what's harder or easier, and with reminders to focus on the workouts that suit me best.Do you trust it to properly take age into consideration? I mean, even though I'm an active 59 year old, there are some exercises I wouldn't do that I would have done in my 40s.
Worth a shot - there are also non-AI apps that help with this too.I've never even thought to try that. Interesting...
I understand. Is there anything you feel that is worth "off loading" to AI?Nope, I still want to do my own thinking
