Are any of you using AI for posture, form, yoga, or any other form of exercise?

What kinds of examples would you give to ask AI about it?

AI can break down a week of exercises by type of workout, weight (or whatever), number of sets, etc for goals.

For visuals, there are some apps that work on your form, making sure you are not at risk of throwing your back out, and making sure you are doing the exercises properly

Do you trust it to properly take age into consideration? I mean, even though I'm an active 59 year old, there are some exercises I wouldn't do that I would have done in my 40s.

I've never even thought to try that. Interesting...

Nope, I still want to do my own thinking

I don't "trust" AI for anything, but generally speaking, I suppose I would probably trust it if I gave it really good instructions for what would hurt, what's harder or easier, and with reminders to focus on the workouts that suit me best.

It's definitely not at a place where a PT could rely on AI for a client workout, but a client could trust their judgment while also trusting information from AI.

Worth a shot - there are also non-AI apps that help with this too.

I understand. Is there anything you feel that is worth "off loading" to AI?

I also think a 2nd pair of eyes is so important. I made a new friend who coached me in bball and increased my accuracy by lets say 25% in just 45 minutes. Not everyone has a friend or is around another for this to happen, so AI can fill that gap.

In this case, AI would help me use my own skills more because it would be helping me succeed at something I enjoy.
