Do any of you use them?

I bought one recently to see if they'd help with my allergies and it has. I run it for a couple hours during the day on low to medium, and overnight on high also with the ionizer. What worked best for me was replacing the stock filter with one specially made to catch common allergens. I bought mine from my local Walmart, Holmes brand I believe. Filter was also by them. It is actually not that loud- unless you turn it on high which then I'd say it sounds like a whirring fan.

I have a salt lamp that's supposed to do that I believe.

I typically have it on all the time. I remember for a short while I didn't and that's when I noticed my nose or whatever acting up more, so I do think it helps. Plus its pretty!

I've heard of that as well. Where did you buy yours at? Besides Amazon I don't think I have seen them around much.

I actually got mine down at Lily Dale. Which is basically a new age place (they got mediums, stores, work shops etc). Have another too that my mom found at Rite Aid. Once in a while I find them around. I know I saw some at Home Depot once.

It might be nice for me to have this with my mild asthma and allergies, but I can't say that I have one currently. 🙁
