Appearance and Color Scheming - (Out of 20)
Your site has quite a dark colour scheme that is easy on the eyes. The first thing I see when looking at the site is your big advertisement. There is nothing really wrong with the advertisement itself, but using it on a dark theme makes it a bit of an eye sore. I would suggest toning it down a little bit and changing the animations to something a little bit more discreet.
I had to look twice to even find your logo. I feel that it is a bit too dark, try lightening it up and making it stand out more. The logo in itself is very good, it fits the name of the site well.
You have a live support box in the top left corner. The speech bubble on this support box goes outside of the boxes border. This doesn't look very good and draws attention away from other elements on your site. I would suggest changing the size of the speech bubble so it fits into the box.
The Huge keyword list you have under the menu on the left hand side I don't really understand. Keywords like Nintendo Wii and Michael Jackson pop out at me. Are these keywords related to your site? These aren't words I would relate to soft air guns. I would suggest removing this list or at least making it smaller.
Above the footer your social medias section looks a bit of a mess. I would suggest re-sizing the images so they are all the same size and grouping them more evenly. Either as one long line or as a kind of table, with the same amount on each row.
Other than that, the Favicon you are using is good, yet I don't see the resemblance to Soft Air guns, but then again, I don't know much about the subject. I don't feel you need a visitor counter for an online shop.

Page Layout and Content Organization - (Out of 20)
There is an awful lot going on on your site. There are adverts, menus and images everywhere. It feels a bit overwhelming when first visiting your site. I would suggest a restructure of the front page layout. My suggestion is, keep the header as it is and the top menu. The left side menu works where it is, maybe move the live chat to the right hand side instead. Putting the advert under the chat and instead having a slideshow of latest items in the content box where the advert is now. Then have a site description under this. I would avoid having so many products on the front page. You want your users to continue clicking around, the more they click around, the more products they look at.
The top menu and the left menu are the same, remove one maybe?
It is clear to see what your site is about, yet I feel a real lack in content which I find a real shame.
Your content that you do have is all over the place. A little here and a little there. I suggest you take a good look at what you have and reorganise it. The way I suggest you do this is, pretend you know nothing about soft air guns, that you are a first time visitor to your site. How would you want things? How can you make things easier for you to find? Maybe even write up "profiles" of different people that may visit your site. Try to adapt your site to fulfil as many peoples needs as possible.

Quality of Content - (Out of 20)
There really isn't much written content on your site, but the places you do have content isn't very high quality. The descriptions are short and don't give much information. I will suggest here what I have already suggested above. Work with the "profiles". What information do your customers need? What can you tell them? How can you pitch your items in order to sell them?
You have a lot of images on your site, displaying your products. These images are of a good quality and give your customers a good view of your products.

Navigation and Graphics - (Out of 20)
As I have already said, the navigation isn't great. You really need to focus on making it easier for users to find their way around your site.
Graphics wise, your site doesn't really have any. The only graphics I can locate on your site is your logo. Which is pretty simple. It doesn't make me go wow, where did you get that? I would suggest you looking into finding a website designer that can help you re-design your site and work with the graphics.

You choose to start 75% of words with a capital letter. You don't use much punctuation. The grammar on your site can be improved, however it is hard for me to judge this due to the lack of real content. Your spelling is good as far as I can tell.
