AJAX feature for The Web Tower :)

To save on load time, I've made an AJAX to request, load, and display more banners as you scroll down on the page.

There are some bugs, but it's a major improvement on load time. Tell me what you think 😎

Current known issues (working to fix):
- Tooltips are bugged (will rewrite soon!)
- Outputting XHTML instead of parsed XML (will increase load time even more)
- Bottom buttons have no link FIXED
- Found one?

Please give input: How many rows should be displayed after each scroll down? (current = 4)

Loads much faster, but slower to move down the page.

edit - for some reason, the bottom buttons have no link

Slower to move down will be fixed soon enough. Gotta do some rewriting.
