Anyone familiar with Alani Nu? This company has became pretty well known lately with their line of energy drinks. Has anyone tried it?



I’ve gotten into the habit of having one every workday here lately. Cosmic Stardust is the flavor I’ve mainly been getting. Sugar free and only 10 calories. They also make protein bars, protein powder, vitamins, etc.

With any type of energy drink (high caffeine) you have to be careful of your heart. Your blood pressure can rise which can lead to heart attack or stroke. I remember when the first energy drinks came out in the 80s when I was in art school in Chicago, and my art school friends would be all hyped up on them so that they could get their homework done. I couldn't afford the drinks LOL

Honesty I never heard of them and yet to be that alani nu is not good for anyone. They market to the public as being better for you than other supplements but that is a blatant lie. There are so many harmful ingredients that frankly should not even be consumed by humans. They make you hype then after a while you become dead and have no energy.

There are a 200 mg of caffeine in a can. I definitely have to sip it little by little throughout the day.
