Does AlertPay have the verification requirements like Paypal? 🙂 Can you send an receive payments without giving out your credit card etc etc? 😀

Yea, they aren't a recognized as they deserve to be, it's a great service they offer.
I use Moneybookers too, they're accepted in lots of stores.

No that isn't possible. The only way to do it is by making a deal with someone where you pay them x amount through Alertpay and they pay you x amount through PayPal. Be careful though if you do this as you can easily be scammed.
