I have an account although i don't use it. I only use it to receive payments as not many places accept it as payment like paypal so you can't really spend it. I will just withdraw it all to my bank at some point.

Alot of sites do only pay out using Alertpay which is why i have signed up for one but i hadn't really heard of it to be honest but alot of people have accounts though.

I use it for receiving payments from places like ara-bux.com
I use Paypal more often though.

Nope, I don't have one. To be honest this is the first I have ever heard of it.

I only use Alertpay when they only payout through Alertpay... I much prefer Paypal as it is more widely used.

AlertPay is very similar to PayPal. I've had one for the past year, but I've never really used it. Like PayPal, you can easily do chargebacks on AlertPay, which is a bummer.
