It may be best to not have someone do it for you, you'll never learn that way. There are many tutorials on Youtube and such, and i'd be willing to help you out via TeamViewer or the such, and guide you threw it.

WordPress is known for their easy install, if you don't learn it you'll struggle with others as well.

Hi Ghost,

I've looked at lots of the youtube videos but when I do the instalation I get the config error. It wont let me do the quick install so i have to do it via my ftp. its currently edited like this:

Leave the DB_CHARSET as the default;

/** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */
define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');

What's the exact config error? Make sure you've renamed it to just "wp-config.php". You will also need to define your Authentication Unique Keys.

It's not connectig to the mySQL database server for 000webhost.

This is probably a silly question but - Do you have cpanel? If so, have you got Fantastico? Go on it and then select wordpress and install it from there. 🙂

I bought a theme for it, but its not showing up so I cant activate it. ahhh. Could anyone log onto my FTP and help. thanks

But now I have fixed that.. and still nothing

And no, I dont have team viewer.. I can change my ftp pass and give it to you.

Ok, Im sick and tired of trying to download wordpress. When I was trying to install my theme i accidently deleted the whole blog 😡.

Could anyone PLEASE supload wordpress and a theme for me. All I can pay is my fp and +2 rep.
