The fourth avatar in the list is the coolest.
Here's my definition of ripping. If you use somebody's work and call it your own, it's ripping. However, you have stated that you didn't make it, which therefore isn't ripping. BUT! you need to make it clear in your first post that that avatar was NOT made by YOU.
Yet in his first post he clearly said:
"Here are all my new Graphics"
No matter what spin you place upon that, that fourth image does not belong to him. I never gave it to him, he uses it, but then he has to give some sort of payment for me. I made the avatar for this thread:

In his first post he wrote that he wished to have an avatar made for him for 250FP$, since I have not recieved this from him, the image belongs to me so he has no right to post it. Ripping. 😀

Very true, Joel. Lexic, I would probably remove the image before further actions are taken.
I've gone ahead and removed the 4th avatar in Lexic's original post to resolve these "ripping" issue. If you do not have permission to use an image not made by you (unless you purchased it) you may not take it and claim it as your own.
