First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Alright, so here's what I think after first looking at your site- It is very bright, which is nice, but the green font is a bit too bright, maybe make it blue or red. You may want to reconsider your banner, the green is very bright, and it doesn't really give a feel of a general all around forum. Your favicon is great, I like the happy face 🙂 The rest of index is superb, however in your Welcome message, you may want to bold important things, to catch the guests eye. The major issue is the brightness of the green.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your portal is phenomenal. The navigation is excellent, and I don't see any issues on the portal. I especially like the scrolling " Latest Topics ".
The board layout/index is great. You set up your boards perfectly, and have a great order- not excessive, and not too little. I applaud you for this 🙂
Overall, your layout is great, but you may want to reorganize your " COMMUNITY LOUNGE " area, and make Forum Games a sub board of General Discussion, it doesn't need it's own board.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your site seems to have been open for about a month or so, and, unfortunately your stats aren't so good. With 18 users and only 230 posts, you have some work to do. Your board has less than 10 posts a day, and you as the Admin need to post more content, and start more discussion. Don't hesitate to do some post exchanges, they help A LOT.
Since there are TONS of general topic forums, you need to do something to get your site more diverse compared to others. Start some contests, do some polls, add an arcade, talk with your staff. Neither of them have been active, and I think you need to have them step it up.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You seem to be adding content a lot, and trying to get the board up and running, your staff, however isn't. One of your moderators only has 1 post, and the other has only 6. That is not good. Tell your staff to kick it into gear, or remove them. You don't want inactive staff. You do, however have a good amount of staff for a board the size of yours, for that I applaud you. Just get your staff into action.

You seem to type very professionally, and all of your boards are very grammatically correct. No issues at all here. You also did a good job of summing up in the board in the description area.

Final Remarks:
I think that you just need to get more content up and running, promote your site more, fix that banner, get rid of the green bolding, and get your staff members into shape. You did a great job with board layout and your portal.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Your board layout, and your portal. Couldn't have done a better job myself, excellent.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
All of the green font, and the banner with the drooping green- as I suggested, make a banner that has more to do with a general discussion board. It gives a false impression of an art discussion board almost 🙂
I also didn't like your staff, you need to have them get going, or remove them. 1 post from a staff member in total, and 6 posts from a staff member in total, should be unacceptable in your eyes as the Admin.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
If you got rid of the green and replaced the banner, it would help a lot. I don't really like general discussion boards, but if I was looking for one to join, I would join yours if you got more content going and fixed the banner.
