All topsites claimed to be malware o.o

First let me say if this is not the correct spot just move it 🙂.

Now on to the subject.

Recently I went to vote for my site like I normally do on all the topsites I am on and I get that this site is reported as malicious etc.. etc..

So I am like odd... I have never had problems with any top site and they have been around for years...

So can someone tell me why topsites are all of a sudden claimed bad and malicious 🙁?

What's giving you the error message, is it the website or something on your browser?

It comes up as a reported attack site in FireFox. For the reason why it was blocked look here --> http://safebrowsing.clients.google.com/ ... te351.html

It is only topsites hosted by top-site-list.com though.

Fowler is right, I am just wondering why it might be doing this as I have never had a problem with them <.<.

It looks like google has found some malicious content on some topsites (or the whole network has been exploited) and therefore blocked people from visiting in order to try and prevent people getting infected.

Malicious software includes 130 trojan(s), 71 scripting exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 7 new process(es) on the target machine.

It is best to not visit them.
