Almost Human

Who else has watched this new show yet? I've been enthralled with it, I'm definitely going to be watching this every week. 😛

Here is how Wikipedia describes the premise, if you're unfamiliar with it.

The series is set thirty-five years in the future when humans in the Los Angeles Police Department are paired up with lifelike androids; a detective who has a dislike for robot partners is paired up with an android capable of emotion.

I ended up watching the second episode (on monday) because I thought it was the pilot episode. (They'd been advertising it as airing on monday... But then they aired the first episode on sunday a.k.a. the day before.)

Though I did go back and catch episode one (not that I missed a whole lot). And I enjoyed the show. I look forward to next week to see what happens.

Though this show reminds me a lot of I,Robot (John Kennox reminds me a lot of Detective Spooner...)

I grew up watching the Robo cop movies. I wonder if this would be anything like that.

From what I've seen from the trailer, it looks amazing. Going to watch the pilot now. 😛
