Uptime and Reliability: Great Uptime and no service Interruptions at all
Technical Support: The few minor questions I had they were answered quick and Professionally.
Customer Support: I spoke with their Customer Support and Sales Department over Live Chat before Purchasing the service And it was great.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Great uptime and Support.
Cons: Ticket Reply's can sometimes be a bit slow but they only have 2 Emloyees working in house on Support Tickets.
Final Comments: For the Price you pay it is worth it. The service is great, support is great and the Staff is Friendly. I would Recommend this company to anyone. They are a small Provider so they make sure that they do as much as possible to make you happy.
