Also, I am taking in that your host site (forumeze) is hosted with this reseller? Any reason for its downbeings?

Actually no, Forumeze is hosted in a completely different plan, not in this server, and the downtime is due to a bad RAID Disk in that server which is completely different.

Any ways, about the reviews, There are so many rival companies out there as you know, so those cannot be always true. I agree their live support is not so good, But they do reply to the tickets always in time, and solves any problem as soon as possible, So you can't decide whether its good or not until you try this out. I have been using this account for a long time, and having no problems at all.
