Alternative to Quick Title Edition?

I have searched all over phpbb.com and have not been able to find an alternative to Quick Title Edition. I tried to use it on my forum, and it did not work. I even did it a second time just to make sure. Is there any alternatives to this mod that can give me the same effect?
