What songs do you only know the chorus to?

How much water do you drink?

Not enough to be honest with you. But then, I don't like the taste of fluoride. :wtf:

Bottled water isn't much cheaper than something with actual taste, so I figure I just buy something that tastes of something.

Water should have never have been privatized. 🙄

What songs do you only know the chorus to?

Pretty much nothing I listen to. So it'd have to be a few songs here and there that I've come across via the radio but never properly listened to them myself. (By that, I mean songs I actually want to look up to give a second try; not most of the garbage that radio stations play these days!)

How poor are you? I bet I'm poorer.

I'm 23 and unemployed with pretty shitty qualifications. Never worked. I'm starting a STEM degree in October, so hopefully I can get my first job while I study, using that as leverage. I'm very talented, but I've never really been given the chance by anyone to prove it. My health condition probably also puts some other employers off.

What odd smell do you really enjoy?

If you want to count it as an odd smell, petroleum/gasoline. I like the smell of it.

What's the craziest food that you eat?

Haha; I'm not sure if I can answer this one. I'm a very fussy eater, so I tend to stick with American and British cuisines. There's nothing really exotic in my 'diets.' 😛

Sorry to hear! 🙁 I'm 26 and have a four year degree, but I still don't earn very much money. I wish you luck on your job search! I'm sure you'll find something awesome. 🙂

Thank you. 🙂 I would have started a degree before now, but because I'm studying a distance learning course, the government treats them as part-time study, even if you study full-time. The government has never offered maintenance loans for part-time students until this fall. So, it's not been financially possible for me until now, which honestly sucks on my resumé.

At least you're able to study now! Do you enjoy your studies?

If animals could talk, which animal would be the most annoying?

This might not be a popular answer, but I actually can't wait for my first exam. :hilarious:

I just find it very rewarding to know someone has actually thoroughly read your work and given feedback.

It's a toss-up between a cat or dog, though I believe neither could ever be as annoying as most humans.

That's a good attitude to have for sure. I'm sure your teachers would be very happy to hear that. XD

I'll be studying a combination of computer architecture (e.g. PCBs; microchips; CPUs/GPUs), web development, software programming and astrophysics. The latter just to satisfy my thirst for astronomy. 🙂

I've been out of school (and also work) for four-and-a-half years. In that time, I think I've had about three applications that have ever progressed further than sending a resumé. On one occasion, I worked for a day at a Jaguar-Land Rover dealership, but it wasn't for me. And if I tried applying for something like that now, my GP and professor would instantly discourage me.

It would be nice to just get somewhere, you know? I feel like I have the skills to do at least something reasonable. I'm ultimately going to be self-employed once I have enough money behind me because I'm sick of the way employers treat me. (Well, that, and because computer stores here are pretty crappy at best. There's nothing like Microcenter, that's for sure.)

I'm sorry to hear. I've been pretty mistreated by various employers in the public school system as well. I will actually be starting a new job in the fall because I was done dirty by my former principal. He gave me a perfect evaluation and a very nice letter of recommendation, yet he still called back people under me in seniority and laid me off. I think it ultimately boils down to my salary being higher than those co-workers. I could probably raise hell with the union, but it's just not worth the effort when my new job will be more secure anyway.

I hope that you can find somebody decent to work for. Do you live in a big city? I know that it's sometimes harder to find work there.
