I recently placed a order on Amazon.co.uk for 697$ or £500 British money. Does anybody know what the warranty is for brand new phones purchased on Amazon?

What is the phone? the company of the phone?

There is always an extra cost at the checkout that you can get, 12 or 24 months warranty from amazon. that's extra

Should come with 12 months standard warranty anyway. You do have a warranty card and or emails with details. Looking on the page and does not mention anything other then two years addon

It may vary depending on the item but I was able to open a return for a product that was outside the normal return window. So I suppose you’re probably alright but worth checking to make sure.

Just clicked on my order and it seems there is 2 years of support.

You can always phone them to double-check 🙂

I've never bought a service plan from Amazon. The manufacturer's warranty has always been adequate in my experience.

I’ve never bought a warranty through Amazon, actually I don’t go for any of those extended warranties they offer at stores.
