I may try to do a different review for this, As our current templates don't really do "blogs" so I may just wright up a review on my own style.

Okay I'm just going to use our Quick review setup instead as that's what our team says we should use for blogs.

Will it only cost me the normal amount or would it still be 55? Also, can you try to make it as long as possible. Even with the quick?

Well a quick is 25 🙂 and yeah I've been working on it all day, hoping to have it out soon. bit harder trying to do blogs 🙂

I appreciate all efforts. Considering your recent developments on your own site and having a life. I really do appreciate the time you are taking to do this review.

Your Quick Review

jrd9p3.webpPros:
The first impression I got was pretty good the detail of the design flows nicely together. The cartoon characters scattered throughout the website offer a nice and silly yet professional touch to the whole blog design. The ad spots do not get into the design too much, at the same time offer a nice clean edge for your advertisements.

The content layout is another nice touch it isn't cluttered as much as other blogs are. You found a design that suits you! offering only areas which help you and your fans & users. The content split is great. Four different areas that offer four different stories. The sliding tabs offer a nice and new feeling towards the overall feel of the blog.

The domain itself is very unique and well picked, as it shows instantly that your site will be about being an "administrator". It is always nice to see a "subscribe" area as well choosing your best sections is the goal so people feel more engaged via off-site information, such as e-mails. You have done just this picking the right sections upon which you think your users will best benefit from subscribing.

You have four solid sections upon which you post your articles in. These four are probably the most searched for blogging in my opinion. If you keep posting quality posts in these sections I could see your blog becoming very popular. The images you use for the articles provide a nice and interesting spin to your articles. I was instantly engaged to the articles and wanted to read more & more. For a first timer though I would instantly come to your blog, why? well because you give an overall appealing design that catches my eyes.

21agta9.webpCons:
the header part of the website lacks flow, what I mean by this is the header to me feels like it's a whole other website rather than flowing within the current below design. You should find a way to flow it back together and bring the design within itself. I also noticed that the cloud was a bit out placed, I think you should look into making a square of some sort and make it flow within the design a bit more.

The footer is just out of place as well. I would look into either placing it within the template somewhere and or look into centering it, so it doesn't feel to out of place having it on the left hand side. I know this is a tiny detail but to be honest I like to see a complete website, and for this to happen the footer & header need to be within the design. The navigation part could be a bit more designed it seems a bit to plain in my eyes. As when you hover over a link, such as "Design" it puts a "hover" image on top of the text just feels a bit out of place and random.

The about page is a bit longer than needed, however I don't think this is something that you can help as it was built like this from when the design was made. However you could add more to the "about" content. This would make it seem less not used on the about page, I know not everyone is going to scroll all the way down but what if they do? I suggest adding a bit more to your about page, maybe like a twitter button or something regarding more information about you or the website itself. This is needed but would make the "about" page a bit more appealing "content" wise.

A smaller detail which I noticed is the search bar doesn't well say "search" which for a new comer of the Internet could be a bit confused when trying to find something within your blog. I suggest looking into adding the text "Search" and or a button of some sort just to clear up what that part of the website is for. Like I said this is just a small detail but could improve your design.
