Repeating the same keywords so frequently that it sounds forced will most likely be viewed as keyword stuffing. At least according to this example given by Google. You can see how the keyword 'custom cigar himidor' (or variation) was used in almost every sentence. It's simply over kill.

We sell custom cigar humidors. Our custom cigar humidors are handmade. If you’re thinking of buying a custom cigar humidor, please contact our custom cigar humidor specialists

Hopefully, this will give you an idea of what not to do.

Maybe a better way, would be to incorporate your keyword/phrase into the page or article title and then mention a few times as needed, when referring to the topic. Most likely, it would depend on how many words were included in the post or article as to how many times you could use the main keyword/phrase without it appearing to be keyword stuffing.

Please give other suggestions for using keywords in a natural way so as not to be guilty of keyword stuffing.

Thanks for providing example of keyword stuffing, it really doesn't look good in a web page and it also doesn't look good to search engines.

To be honest, I don't think I've seen many sites do stuff like this for years now. Maybe Google got so good at spotting it that none of them ended up ranked intheir search engine any more.

Keyword stuffing is a major issue regarding your content creation and quality. It creates a bad impression in the content marketing also.

Google allows to use keyword with proper density. If we cross that limit,it is known as keyword stuffing
