An idea: Forum Launch?

So I have forumlaunch.net.

I am needing some ideas of what to do with this besides selling it.

How about making a guide for folks that are setting up forums?

A place (blog) where you post information about launch of new forums.

You can set a contact form, where people request for their forum launch to be listed and you can approve it.

You could start up one of those "top sites" and have it for all forums that enter, or just new ones. Then if it takes off you could put up some advertising on the page. I'm sure there's a turn-key script for it if you Google it up.
