I know you just opened the forum but there seem to be a ton of forums. I think it would look better with less forums. Just my thoughts. Good luck with the forum man.
I agree with SummitAds, there are too many forums. Also a banner is needed, and start some topics so there are no empty forums, however I like the template. Also if it's a general chat forum, why is the gaming section above the general chat section? Also what made you close down avatar FF? It seemed to be going better then AspieMania at least.

Like others have said, start small. You have far too many forums for a new forum with no traffic, posts or members. Group some forums together as one until you grow and use subforums.
I would take it all feedback given so far, that will really help you. The template is nice though and it will look even better when you have a matching banner.
I think everything that needs to be done has been suggested above, Good start, Skin is nice, Make sure you make the most of our great Graphics service to get yourself a nice banner to go with the skin.
As it looks like not much has happened to your forum is a month, I would really suggest doing post exchanges or asking family or friends to post on it. There are sections for anybody to post in.
