Anger Issues

Depends on the situation I'm in and what made me angry. Normally I try to use music or take a walk to clear my head but sometimes I might be somewhere where I can't do either of those things.

It depends on the situation. If I had a bad day and people are getting on my nerves, I walk away so I don't take it out on them because It's never good to say things you don't mean out of anger because you can't take them back later.

Try to concentrate on your breathing the moment you feel the anger. Count every inhale as well es exhale. This will keep your mind occupied. HEll, Consider what you have to gain by being angry.

I go into isolation. it's my way of dealing with it.

I have anger issues but am trying all my possible best to reduce my anger. Once I get angry I can destroy a lot of things

I learnt at quite an early age I need to manage any feelings of anger before they take control. As a result I don't really recall going beyond annoyed for decades.

Sometimes I walk away, sometimes I fight sometimes I cry, sometimes I listen to music it all depends on who angered me

If I'm angry enough my default is to cry. Immediately though I tend to walk away if I am unable to resolve the matter with another person.

i can control then again I never get angry 😛

When I get angry I tend to yell and carry on for about a few minutes, then I just get over it. :V I feel that I've mellowed out a lot within the past few years, I used to be way worse when I was younger.

Really depends. Though I have been slowly edging towards trying to not get involved. Too much stuff happening the last couple of years to get angry over, when really there is no way to be able to stop everything.

I have to say that over the years and having gone through a divorce. I feel as calm as I can be. I don't get so worked up anymore like I used to. It feels good to keep cool and not let things have a handle over me.

Sorry to hear about your divorce! 🙁

I’ve been in a different but similar situation where I had to cut 2 close-friends off so not much bothers me now.
