Your site has got a good number of members and most importantly they are active. However, your site could be getting a lot more members as the forums look good enough: I suggest continue advertising on various forum promotion sites like these and try to post link wherever you can on whatever site you can.
Number Of Active Members: (6/10)
Your forum activity is not that bad considering over half of your members are active and post quite a lot of posts which is great. There seem to be many replies to the topics which means some good discussion is going and posting a few more topics can't hurt. The aspect that let you down is looking over your index a lot of the forums seem to have not received posts in quite a few days which is very unappealing for guests. Try replying or making topics in the sections which haven't seen any activity of late to make your entire board look active.

Your members seem to be making a good number of topics which is good and so it seems that there is a lot of current potential for discussion, but I did expect more posts on your site considering the amount of members and topics you have. Try replying to topics while including messages to create further discussion and try emailing and attracting old members who haven't posted in a while.
Appearance (First Impressions):(19/20)
My younger sister is a fan of Animal Crossing and I've had a fair few plays on it: when arriving on your site I found the that the appearance captured the aesthetics of the game and looks great also. The Banner could be livened up a little but it features prominent characters that I and other fans would easily recognise. There is very little to improve here: the only thing I noticed was by the forum statistics at the bottom of the index was a nuclear fallout sign which doesn't match the style, apart from that it was perfect
Layout: (15/20)
The layout of your index was pretty good actually. There are an appropriate number of forums so there's enough to talk about but not too much so that it makes the amount of chat appear less and I could navigate my way easily. The problem only lay with your portal which has a few too many widgets on either side and was slightly confusing, removing a couple of them would really help your portal look less cluttered
Moderation: (9/10)
You have only one moderator which I think is fine for the amount of members and activity you have so don't get anymore until you can't manage without an extra one. You have two admins which I feel is too much but if you went into it together then it's fine. Looking over your forums your staff seem to be keeping the forums clear of spam and trolls which is great and they seem to be replying to the welcome threads which is a great thing for the staff to do. However, I saw that one of the admins replied to a welcome thread 'Welcome. I own this site.' which seems to be quite imposing on a new member and a simple welcome would be suffice as they could look at your userbar and see you're admin

As mentioned previously you seem to have some forums that haven't had some activity in some time which is extremely off-putting and needs to be sorted out to make your forum seem fresh and active.

Looking over your forums I could not find one spelling or grammatical error by you or your staff. Not much to say here than keep up the good work.
